Our B&B offers three different double bedrooms to our guests, all with TV and WI-FI internet access as well as an adjacent private bathroom for the exclusive use of our guests.
The "blue room" has direct access to the garden and includes a sofa bed, which can be used for a third guest, a breakfast table, coffee maker, microwave and a refrigerator. The "room-with-a view" offers a great view of the lake and the "quiet room" is the quietest room of all. These two rooms have direct access to a common service area with a breakfast table, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Our guests can also access the garden from these two rooms via a spiral staircase.

Several tourist attractions on Lake Maggiore can be easily reched from Ispra, such as the Monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso (a former Hermitage dating back to the 11th century) clinging to the rocky cliff, Stresa and the three Borromeo Islands (Isola Madre, Isola dei Pescatori and Isola Bella), small in size but rich in history, Villa Pallavicino and Villa Taranto renowned for their famous gardens, the Rocca di Angera (a medieval fortified building fully preserved) and the Castles of Cannero, island of the Mazzarditi brothers, infamous pirates of the lake: these are just a few examples of locations worth to be visited. Most of these attractions can be reached by the local boat service operated by Navigazione del Lago Maggiore departing from Angera, Laveno or Ispra (the latter only in the summer). If you care for sailing, there are a number of boatyards in the area, a sailing club in Ispra ('Circolo Velico Ispra') and a modern marina at Monvalle ('Associazione Velica Monvalle') at 3.3 km., of which we are active members. For golf players there is the 'Golf dei Laghi' (18 holes par 73, driving range, etc.) at Travedona Monate, at 5.5 km; other golf courses in the area are in Varese ('Golf Club Varese' and 'Panorama Golf') and in Arona ('Arona Golf Club'). For swimming in Ispra there are two indoor swimming pools belonging to 'Swim Planet-Acqua & Fitness', available for swimming, swimming lessons and/ or various fitness courses.
